Originally shared by Gloria Schantz of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, this yummy recipe appears in our book, Ready, Set, Eat. Delicious for dinnertime, it also includes easy heat & eat instructions in case you want to freeze and enjoy it later!
Combine all ingredients thoroughly; place in a lightly greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Turn out of pan, wrap well and freeze, or bake at 350 degrees for one hour, brushing top with additional sauce. Let meatloaf stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6 to 8.
Heat & Eat Instructions
Unwrap meatloaf; place in loaf pan as above. Cover and thaw overnight in refrigerator. Follow baking instructions above.
Bake up some mini meatloaves for smaller appetites. Just fill muffin tins and freeze. Pop them out and place in a freezer bag...just heat up what you need.
