Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Here's an easy salad and dessert that pair perfectly with this pizza...all recipes in the "Beat the Clock" chapter come together in a flash and include a few super-simple ideas like these. Too easy to really be recipes, but they'll make you the hero, even when you're feeling uninspired!
Mamma Mia Salad:
Toss together one package salad greens, one chopped tomato, 1/2 chopped cucumber and a 4-ounce package of crumbled feta cheese. Add Italian salad dressing to taste; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 6.
Berry Good Dessert:
In a large bowl, stir together one 32-ounce container vanilla yogurt, one cup granola, one cup raspberries and one sliced banana. Serves 6.
