So simple to whip up, these are perfect
for chili or your favorite hearty soup.
2 c. biscuit baking mix
2/3 c. whole milk
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
flour for dusting
In a bowl, stir together baking mix, milk and cayenne pepper until a dough forms. Transfer dough to a flowered surface; knead 3 to 4 times. Divide dough into 6 pieces; roll each piece into a ball. Invert a muffin tin and lightly spray with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Place a ball of dough over each inverted muffin cup, forming dough into a bowl shape. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. Fill with your favorite chili or stew. Serves 6.
