Homemade Ham Salad
Marion Frisvold of Bloomington, Minnesota shared this recipe...she recommends trying it with tuna or chicken instead, for a tasty twist!
8-oz. pkg. spiral pasta, cooked
10-oz. pkg. frozen peas, cooked
2 lbs. cooked ham, diced
4 c. celery, thinly sliced
1-qt. jar mayonnaise-type salad dressing
3 t. salt
1 onion, minced
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
2 4-oz. jars pimentos, drained
4-oz. pkg. chopped cashews
2 t. mustard
3 t. cider vinegar
Place all ingredients in a large serving bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled through. Serves 20.
