Overnight Ice Box Carrot Salad
This simple salad recipe was shared by Sheree Haskins of La Mirada, California. She writes, "So refreshing…don’t let anyone know how easy it is!"
3 16-oz. cans shoestring carrots, drained
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
2 to 3 green onions, thinly sliced
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 t. salt
In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients; let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
