Supreme Pizza Casserole
Tasha Petenzi of Goodlettsville, Tennessee shared this recipe with us. She writes, "This is a great recipe for a potluck dinner or an easy weeknight supper."
16-oz. pkg. rotini pasta,
uncooked
2 15-oz. jars pizza sauce
2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives,
drained
4-oz. can sliced mushrooms,
drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
20 to 30 pepperoni slices
2 c. shredded pizza-blend or
Italian-blend cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients except cheese. Transfer to a 13"x9" baking pan; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
