Warm & Wonderful Chicken Salad
Susan Fracker of New Concord, Ohio shared this potluck-perfect recipe with us. Pair it with fresh fruit and a warm muffin for a delightful brunch.
Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, almonds, lemon juice and one cup cheese in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Top with remaining cheese and chips. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
