This recipe for Apple Brown Betty was submitted by Amy Crowe-Galloway from Pontotoc, MS. Thanks again, Amy...we sincerely hope you enjoy your free copy of the book when it arrives next January.
Bubbly and sweet, Apple Brown Betty has always been one of our favorite comfort foods and this one really hits the spot.
Great with Golden Delicious, Granny Smiths or, our favorite, Pink Lady apples, it's so easy to whip up in your slow cooker.
Plus, it fills your home with the scent of warm cinnamon goodness while it's cooking...yum!
We hope you love it as much as we do.
