We wanted send a big congratulations to Tulsa-Leigh Carlson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota...this adorable photo along with her delicious recipe was recently published in the Argus Leader, her local newspaper!
As you can see from the photo, her recipe appears in our book, Christmas with Family & Friends. The article includes this recipe (and a bonus one too!) but we thought we'd share it here too.
Chicken & Stuffing Rolls
6-oz. pkg. chicken-flavored stuffing mix, prepared
2 12-oz. jars chicken gravy, divided
2 c. cooked chicken, sliced into strips
14-1/2 oz. can green beans, drained
6 12-inch flour tortillas
4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
lemon-pepper seasoning to taste
Pour one jar of gravy into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan and set aside. Divide prepared stuffing, chicken and green beans evenly among tortillas. Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in baking pan. Top with remaining jar of gravy and mushrooms; sprinkle with seasoning. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
