Grilled Sausage & Veggies
This recipe comes from our very own Vickie! She recommends tucking in some whole cloves of garlic or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
Arrange beans, potatoes and onions on a large sheet of aluminum foil; top with sausage. Add salt and pepper; dot with butter. Bring up aluminum foil around ingredients; sprinkle with water and close tightly. Place packets on a hot grill; cook for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once, until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Serves 4.
