Dad's Saturday Waffles
Shared with us by Kristi Williams of Gruver, Texas, it originally appeared in our cookbook, Family Favorites.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add enough milk to make batter pouring consistency. Cover batter and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, heat waffle iron or griddle, spraying with non-stick vegetable spray. Stir batter and pour into waffle iron or onto griddle. Cook until golden, according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 5 large waffles.
