Mini Snacking Pizzas
Kathleen White of Auburn, California originally shared this recipe with us. She writes, "This is a great snack to keep on hand…both kids and adults love it. After spreading cheese mixture on bread, arrange slices on baking sheets and freeze uncovered, then store in plastic freezer bags. Bake frozen mini pizzas for 15 to 20 minutes." Great tip, Kathleen...thanks again for this yummy recipe!
