1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-3/4 oz. can cream
of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. water
3 c. wide egg noodles,
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat. Gradually blend in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
