1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 c. slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
10-oz. pkg. marshmallows
3 T. butter
Line bottom and sides of a 13"x9" baking pan with aluminum foil, allowing 2 to 4 inches to extend over the edges; spray lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except marshmallows and butter; toss to mix. In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter; heat over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture and toss to coat completely; quickly pour into prepared pan. Press a sheet of wax paper firmly on top of popcorn mixture. Chill for 30 minutes, or until firm. Using foil as handles, lift chilled mixture from pan; peel off foil and wax paper. Slice into bars and chill an additional 30 minutes. Makes 16.
