Strawberry-Watermelon Slush
Chill out with this sippable treat from our cookbook, 101 Easy Entertaining Recipes. Shared by Sandy Benham of Sanborn, New York, it's a luscious combination of fresh summer fruit.
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
2 c. watermelon, seeded and cubed
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. ice cubes
Combine strawberries, watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Gradually add ice and continue to blend. Serve immediately. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
