Spring's not far away, but we still have a pretty chilly month ahead of us here in Ohio. Soup, stew and chili are on the menu at least once a week and we can always use a few new ideas to simmer. What soups & stew are you cookin' up these days?

White Bean Chicken Chili
This recipe was shared by our good friend Kristie Matry of Ada, Michigan. Kristie writes, "Nothing warms you up like a bowl of chili. This deliciously-different version is tasty change from the usual red bean and tomato chili we love."
48-oz. jar Great Northern beans
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
16-oz. jar salsa
8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8-oz. pkg. jalapeno cheese, cubed
Add all ingredients to a stockpot. Cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until cheeses melt. Stir in up to one cup water for desired consistency; heat until warmed through. Serves 4 to 6.
