Veggie & Sprouts Bagels

1 mini whole-wheat bagel, halved and lightly toasted
1 T. onion & chive flavored cream cheese, softened
2 T. alfalfa sprouts
2 slices tomato
2 slices cucumber
sea salt to taste
Spread each bagel half with cream cheese. Top each half with alfalfa sprouts, one tomato slice and one cucumber slice. Sprinkle with just a little salt to taste. Serves one.
