1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 c. red pepper diced
1/2 c.yellow pepper diced
2 carrots, peeled and grated
2 stalks celery, diced
salt and pepper to taste
buttermilk ranch salad dressing to taste
Combine all ingredients except salad dressing in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of salad dressing; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
