Memorial Day is right around the corner and we couldn't be more excited. Not only is it the unofficial kickoff of summer, but we get to celebrate and honor all those heroes in our families. Whether you're going to a hometown parade, hosting a backyard gathering or spending the weekend with friends, we'd love to hear what's on your menu.

Robert's Corn Dip
One of our all-time favorite recipes, this dip comes together in a flash and it's even better if you make it the night before! Thanks to Carole Snodgrass of Rolla, Missouri, who shared it with us originally.
3 11-oz. cans sweet corn & diced peppers, drained
2 4.5-oz. cans chopped green chiles
6-oz. can chopped jalapenos, drained and liquid added to taste
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
16-oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese corn chips
Garnish: sliced jalapeno
Mix together all ingredients except corn chips and jalapeno and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips for scooping. Garnish, if desired. Makes about 6 cups.
