From the kitchen of Linda Diepholz in Lakeville, Minnesota. She writes, "This is such an easy recipe to prepare the night before. It goes perfectly on a brunch table."
16-oz. loaf frozen bread dough
3-1/2 oz. pkg. cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted and slightly cooled
Allow dough to thaw for 30 minutes. Cut dough into walnut-size pieces; layer in a greased Bundt® pan. Sprinkle dry pudding mix, brown sugar and cinnamon over dough. Drizzle with melted butter. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 8 hours, or overnight. Uncover; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Immediately turn out of pan; slice and serve. Makes 15 servings.
