What's better than a warm, flaky biscuit with a nice pat of butter? These HUGE biscuits with Cheddar cheese, garlic and parsley-butter, that's what.

Why go out when you can make them at home?
Cheddar Bay Biscuit Copycat
2-1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
6 T. chilled butter, divided
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 t. garlic powder, divided
1/4 t. dried parsley
1/8 t. salt
Combine biscuit mix and 4 tablespoons butter in a bowl; mix with a fork just until crumbly. Stir in milk, cheese and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder just until combined. Drop batter onto ungreased baking sheets by 1/4 cupfuls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes, until golden. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter; combine butter with parsley, salt and remaining garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush hot biscuits generously with butter mixture. Serve warm. Makes one dozen.
