Potluck Poppy Seed Chicken
An easy-to-make favorite that tastes great, this recipe was shared by Jennifer Langley of Kannapolis, North Carolina.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
8-oz. container sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
2 T. poppy seed
Stir together chicken, soup and sour cream in a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan. Mix butter, crackers and poppy seed; spread mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 4.
