Zesty Black Bean Salsa

15-1/2 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
3/4 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1/3 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 c. lime juice
1 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. garlic salt
tortilla chips
Combine beans, corn, pepper, onion and cilantro; mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin and garlic salt; pour over bean mixture and toss gently. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 4 cups.
