2 14-1/2 oz. cans petite-diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 t. garlic, chopped
1/3 c. pickled jalapeños, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Serve immediately or, if preferred, chill overnight. Serves 16.
